Accommodation Administrator

A client of mine who is a large housing association in Reading is looking for an Accommodation Administrator to join their team for a period of 4 months, this is a part time role of 25 hours per week Mon-Fri 9am to 2.30pm with half an hour lunch break.

Role Purpose
The focus of this role is to provide day to day operational support within the team including aspects of housing enquiries, bookings, tenancy matters and maintenance functions.
You will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide administrative support to the Accommodation Manager and the Accommodation Team.
This is a varied position in which you’ll be required to respond to general enquiries, update systems, assist with marketing the accommodation through a range of methods and assist with other ad hoc admin duties as required, whilst ensuring that the correct procedures are followed.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a positive and flexible attitude, be exceptionally organised and have outstanding attention to detail. You will also need to ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times.

Skills
Good experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Strong administrative skills, preferably within accommodation / lettings setting.
Strong customer service experience

Please note this role falls inside IR35.
