A client of mine who is a Housing Association and Property Maintenance Care Company are currently looking for an Administrator to join our Property Services Team in Newbury on a fixed term basis until the end of September 2020.

The successful candidate will be expected to establish and maintain a comprehensive administration service to provide day-to-day support and contribute towards the delivery of a high quality service. You will be working within our M&E Department and will be mainly dealing with electrical orders and general admin work for the Gas team.

You will enjoy being accountable for responding to enquiries on behalf of the team as well as undertaking operational admin duties to assist the team in delivering key repairs and maintenance services. As well as effectively managing your own administration activities, you will also be required to provide cover for work planners.

You will also liaise directly with internal and external customers to solve problems using set procedures responding in a timely, efficient and effective manner. You will naturally ensure that clients receive a prompt response and are kept informed of progress made.
Experience of providing strong customer service, using systems and the ability to manage your own administrative workload are important requirements of the role.
