Business Development Manager / Sales Manager required.

I’m recruiting for a HVAC contractor in Central London. This brand offer a broad maintenance and refurbishment service to its Facility Management / FM company customer base, covering everything from Fire Damper upgrades, Ventilation, Air Handling and Air Conditioning maintenance on domestic and commercial property.

The MD is looking for a partnering Business Development Manager / Sales Manager, someone to work closely with him on sales strategy and building new relationships with FM / Facility Management specialists. Its a unique opportunity to climb on board with a respected, established HVAC Contractor on a road of success winning large contracts.

They’re looking for a strategic, hungry, hunter-like Business Development Manager / Sales Manager tied to existing relationships with FM / Facility Management companies. The ideal individual must be incentivised by a generous commission structure and still get a buzz from securing large tenders.

The role will be covering London & The South East, pin pointing contacts and building relationships within FM / Facility Management companies similar to CBRE, ISS, Engie, EMCOR & Mitie.

Business Development Manager / Sales Manager requirements:

Have an existing FM / Facility Management customer base.

Based within commutable distance to London / South East

Business Development Manager / Sales Manager package:

£40,000 to £60,000 salary (Dependant on experience)

Extremely generous commission – £120,000 OTE

Company car or Car Allowance

Pension – 3%

28 days holiday
