This well-regarded Transport Planning and Civil Engineering specialist are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join their Oxford team. Situated close to Abingdon this is an excellent opportunity to join one of the South Coast’s leading Consultancies.

The Oxford office has seen steady growth over the past five years and delivers Transport Planning and Civil Engineering expertise across both the public and private sectors, from feasibility through to detailed design. With an impressive range of clients across the development sector and a growing order book of work they can offer both long term job security and in turn present you with the opportunity to work on some really exciting and challenging projects.

Working closely with the Associate and other team members you will be responsible for the design of highways layouts, drainage systems, S278/S38 schemes, foundations and earthworks as well as flood risk assessments. You will have regular exposure to developers, Architects and local authorities and will be given the opportunity to take ownership and run your own projects as your career progresses.

Having worked in the Highways and Infrastructure section in a design capacity for two years+ you will demonstrate a good understanding of the appropriate standards and codes including the DMRB and Manuals for Streets as well as being familiar with SuDs and be fully verses with AutoCAD, Microdrainage, PDS, Civils 3D, etc.
