Cleaning Operations Manager – Bromley/SE London – £45,000 + Bonus + Benefits – Permanent

My client is a leading provider of facilities services and is for an experienced Cleaning or soft services Facilities Operations Manager to oversee delivery of a large Cleaning Contract near Bromley, Kent.

Leading a team of direct reports who oversee the cleaning services delivered by over 200 Operatives across a large and complex healthcare facility, you will have budgetary control and oversee operating procedures, and ensure that all legislative requirements covering both operational and personnel training requirements are met to exceed performance targets.

You will work closely with a demanding client with exacting standards and will be able to provide evidence of previous successes in the implementation of systems and processes.

With strong leadership skills you will be culturally and commercially aware and be able to work with the client to ensure high standards of contract delivery.
