A client of mine who is a housing association and property maintenance care company are looking to recruit a Health & Safety Co-ordinator to join their team in Blandford Forum on a 12 month fixed term basis.
You’ll support the team to manage a compliance database in order to monitor and maintain compliance for the business.
You’ll also ensure accurate paperwork and information is passed onto internal stakeholders therefore strong attention to detail is essential.
To be responsible for updating the Asset data base with gas LGSR inspection detail and certification, and to produce a programme of works to ensure annual safety checks are completed in line with business process and procedures. To monitor failed access and to work with other stakeholders within the business to ensure access is obtained to ensure 100% gas safety compliance.
Experience of providing excellent customer service, using a number of IT Systems and the ability to manage your own administrative workload are also important requirements of the role.
