Stride Resourcing are working with Construction Contractor that work across the south and have a large presence in London.
Our client is currently recruiting for a Construction Administrator to join an established construction department.
You will report and support the Operations Manager as well as his team of Project Managers for a number of Major Project in achieving their operational objectives by providing effective administrative support.
Managing and prioritising incoming and outgoing correspondence, telephone calls, emails and post.
Diary management to ensure effective time management
Organising meetings internally and externally.
Liaising with other secretaries within the other departments when organising Senior Management Meetings.
Organising travel bookings
Maintaining an effective filing system.
Preparing relevant documentation including formatting, typing, agendas and presentations.
Planning and prioritising own work load to meet required deadlines.
Suitable candidates will have ideally worked for the Construction Sector within a similar secretarial role.
