A client of mine who is a leading Housing Association and Property Maintenance care company are looking for a full time contracts Administrator to work for their Property team in Poole.

The role
You’ll provide an effective administration service for colleagues within the Property Services Team and deliver a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
As the first point of contact for various incoming queries into the team, you’ll need to be confident in resolving issues where possible and have strong IT skills in order to use a number of systems including our internal invoicing system to raise and process invoices.

What you’ll need to have:
* Proven administration experience
* Excellent customer service
*A positive and flexible attitude
* Strong organisational skills
*Outstanding attention to detail
