Account Manager (Facilities Management) – London – £60,000 + Package + Benefits – Permanent
My client is a fast-growing provider of hard facilities services and is looking for an experienced Facilities Management Account Manager to oversee and manage the delivery of mechanical and electrical facilities services to a group of London based client accounts.
Working with the Contract Managers and wider delivery teams you will liaise with clients and customers, providing them with a high-quality service but with the provision of profitability to the business whilst having overall responsibility for the running and management of a portfolio of contracts.
In monitoring overall performance, you will ensure that the contracts are operated in accordance with the company’s integrated management systems, processes, and procedures, and will be responsible for the management of budgets and expenditure. Managing Health & Safety across your sites you will ensure statutory and contract compliance are adhered to, to satisfy legal obligations and client expectations. You should hold IOSH, Nebosh or other similar H&S training.
With a solid background in hard FM Account Management, and ideally mechanically or electrically trained you will possess strong management and communication skills, and will support the continued development of your portfolio and team to ensure they are working collaboratively and driving increasingly high levels of customer service.
