My client are a forwardthinking, well respected Housing Association who are looking for a experience leader and Deputy Head of Asset Managment to join their fantastic team in Norfolk.

About the Role

  • My client are seeking a RICS qualified professional to lead their asset management delivery and contract management.
  • You will lead a team responsible for maintaining the condition of our stock and setting out their programme of planned maintenance in accordance with their asset management strategy.
  • You will also contract manage, at a senior level, all of their asset contracts, ensuring value for money and that required standards are met – carrying our regular review meetings and holding external parties accountable for their work for the company.
  • As this is a new role, there is scope to bring fresh ideas to our ways of working for the benefit of their customers and organisation.

About You

  • With a degree and professional qualification in surveying, you will have at least 3 years’ experience of operating in a similar capacity.
  • You will have excellent relationship building skills and demonstrable experience in contract management.
  • Your digital skills will be strong and you will have experience of successfully managing people.
  • Must be able to drive
  • Must be able to handle own workload as working from home and office life balance.
