Facilities Manager Uxbridge £45,000 to £55,000 + Benefits – Permanent

My client is a leading provider of integrated facilities services and is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Facilities Manager with excellent client and customer skills to oversee the delivery of an efficiently run and prestigious contract in Uxbridge.

With a demonstrable track record of successfully developing operational strategies across a broad portfolio of IFM services you will have a strong understanding of outsourced contracts and service management.

Furthermore, you will be experienced in the performance management of teams and service lines and experienced in financial management to ensure control of spending and budgets.

Ideally qualified to Nebosh General and holding BIFM accreditation you will be capable of delivering compliance and understanding regulations including the ability to follow company and client local site policies and H&S procedures.
