My client is an organisation under auspices of the Foreign, Commonwealth, and Developmental Office which is looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee delivery of outsourced TFM across three key facilities. Flexible working is available within this role although you will be expected to go into the Manchester office at least a couple of times a week.

Working with key stakeholders across three key sites you will support the Senior Facilities Manager on the commercial management and formal governance of the Total Facilities Management contract as well as taking ownership of the operational and commercial programs of change relating to contractors in the region.

You should have some experience of budget planning, overseeing small works projects and stakeholder management as well as working with subcontracted suppliers and ideally, will be familiar with SAP and CAFM systems.
