My client is a leading total facilities management provider who supports many government organisations, departments and frameworks. They are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee hard and soft services on a key building in Nottingham.

As the Site Lead you will support the delivery of PPM and reactive maintenance and soft services delivery across the site. Working with a small team and key stakeholders from the building’s occupants, subcontracted suppliers and the account leadership team you will manage and deliver contracted services inline with the contract SLAs and KPIs.

You should have some experience of facilities management, either hard or soft services biased, budget planning, overseeing small works projects and stakeholder management as well as working with subcontracted suppliers. Ideally, you will be a member of IWFM and be IOSH or NEBOSH trained. .
