Facilities Performance Manager – Abingdon – up to £40, 000 + Benefits – Permanent

My client is a leading provider of hard facilities services and is looking for a facilities management professional to oversee the Facilities Helpdesk function and support contract operational performance of a key account.

Working closely with the Account Management team and the client, you will have direct responsibility for the Helpdesk function and support hard & soft services delivery as appropriate. You should have experience of leading a small team and have the capacity to identify opportunities to change and improve operational processes to the benefit of the contract.

Additionally, you will play a part in small works project management and drive contract KPI excellence and SLA adherence, and work with the Compliance lead in ensuring asset data and PPMs are reported accurately on the CAFM system.

Working closely with the client you will have leadership experience in a facilities management environment and an excellent working knowledge of CAFM systems.
