FM Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager required.

I’m recruiting for a growing Air Conditioning, Chiller & Air Movement contractor based in London, a team which has doubled in growth year on year since starting. The business offers facility maintenance contracts and refurbishment services to a range of HVAC & Building Services focused equipment.

Apart of their on-going growth strategy will be to bring on a FM Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager with an established network of Facility Management / FM contacts, an individual with links to the likes of CBRE, NG Bailey, ISS, Sodexco or Mitie.

I’ve been working closely with the Managing Director for this position. He’s highlighted he’s looking for a FM Buesiness Development Manager / Key Account Manager ‘partner’, someone with the experience that can help guide the business into profitable pastures, looking after high spending accounts and securing large contracts.

They’re not necessarily looking for someone with a background in HVAC, you may have experience in BMS, Controls, Water Treatment, Ventilation, Boilers, Air Conditioning or products / services similar. Their main focus will be finding someone who already has a strong network in Facility Management / FM.

FM Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager package:

£40,000 to £65,000 salary (Dependant on experience)

Company car or Car Allowance – An area to be discussed

Extremely generous commission – £120,000 OTE

Pension – 3%

28 days holiday
