A client of mine who is a Large Housing Association and Property Maintenance care company has an exciting opportunity for a Head of Property Operations to work within the Property Services Team in their South region covering mainly the Devon and Dorset areas. They are looking for a Strong Leader who can demostrate how they would Lead a large successful Property Team and give innotaive ways to develop and expand. Relocation packages might be considered for the right candidate.

You’ll play a lead role in service development – growing and developing a customer focused, value for money high quality service offering. A service that keeps our customers happy, which they trust, and is easy to access. A service that develops our people and keeps them motivated and engaged to create warm, safe homes and places for all.
As a Head of Property Operations you’ll lead on the strategic development of the response repairs and maintenance works within the organisation.

You’ll enable, facilitate and take full responsibility for all business activity in your area including:
Customer engagement and satisfaction
Quality and performance
Levels of productivity
Cost of service delivery
Financial return
Performance management
What you’ll need
Demonstrable experience in a similar role at a senior level, with knowledge and practical experience from within housing, property services or repairs and maintenance sectors
Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to demonstrate strategic partnerships whilst empowering and engaging highly productive teams
A reputation for driving business value and optimize customer outcomes in order to exceed performance targets
Ability to regularly review all aspects of service delivery to ensure that the required level of financial and operational performance is being delivered
