Head of Soft Services – London – up to £55,000 + Benefits + Package – Permanent

My client is a leading provider of facilities services and is looking for an experienced Facilities Management professional with excellent leadership skills to oversee soft services delivery on a key Government contract in London.

As a leading figure on the Account Leadership Team you will oversee the delivery of cleaning, security, front of house and workplace support functions, and work closely with all stakeholders within the contract to ensure services are delivered to the highest standards, whilst ensuring contractual SLAs and KPIs are adhered to and achieved.

The key sites for this position are within Central London although there are some regional facilities that fall with the remit of the role. Strong Leadership skills and knowledge of Security are crucial to this role as is the ability to work well and oversee some services provided by third party suppliers.

You will look to lead by example in this position and develop a positive culture ensuring that all matters pertaining to H&S are managed effectively. Furthermore, you should be IOSH trained, possess strong people management skills, be experienced in using data to drive decision making, operational improvements and provide strategically planned solutions to problems affecting contract delivery.

This role represents an opportunity to join a stable FM corporate/government contract and would suit applicants looking to make a sideward to upward move into a more senior role.
