Helpdesk Team Leader – Bolton – £25,000 + Benefits + Permanent
My client is a global leader of facilities services and is looking for an experienced Helpdesk or Call Centre Team Leader to lead a team of Call Takers on a busy facilities services Helpdesk.
Key responsibilities include ensuring that the team’s operational delivery of call logging, scheduling and planning of engineering works and the opening and closing out of jobs is carried out in accordance with SLA’s and that the team’s individual and collective KPI’s are achieved.
You should be driven by high levels of service to ensure that customers’ needs and expectations are met or exceeded, as this role supports key retail and financial services contracts which are integral to my client’s portfolio of contracts.
With experience of leading a small team in a fast-paced environment you should possess high levels of attention to detail, be a positive influence, solid organisation, IT and communication skills and be able to lead by example.
The working hours are as follows:
Week 1: 0600 to 1500 – Week 2 1300 to 2200 (alternate weekend work is required with days off in lieu given)
