Mechanical Project Manager required

I’m recruiting for a growing Mechanical Contractor in North West London having continued success winning projects across London within the commercial, Retail, Hospitality and high spec residential arena. Over the past year they’ve significantly increased their Mechanical project values and look for a Project Manager to coordinate larger sites.

This business has a target to reach £100M in the next 5 years, an ambitious yet achievable goal with the vision, team structure and winning form they’re currently in. There’s ample of opportunity for a career path within the business, something the CEO will talk to you about at interview stage.

They’re looking to recruit a Mechanical Project Manager to manage projects around the £500K – £2M mark. Ideally they’re looking for someone with CAT A & B fit out background working with Fit Out specialists. There will be no QS on projects so a PM who’s commercially astute with an eye for making a profit would be perfect.

Mechanical Project Manager requirements:

Mechanical Project Management experience.
CAT A / CAT B, fit out background, working with end users
Commercially astute, good at ensuring projects are profitable
Worked on Projects £500K upwards, full pipe-work, HVAC & Mechanical installation

Mechanical Project Manager package:

£65,000 to £75,000 salary (dependant on experience)
£6K bonus yearly
33 days holiday
Pension 3% contribution
