Project Manager / Contracts Manager required

I’m recruiting for a UK born, nationally renowned Heating System & Heat Pump manufacturer. A brand with a unique service that covers fabrication, bespoke design and installation of renewable heating systems, utilising a national sub-contract network.

The business has aggressive growth plans for 2021, they’re looking to recruit a Project Manager. You’ll be the middle man between the client, estimators, design and on site team. Sites will be relatively similar, typically new build homes, social housing and local authorities spanning from Hampshire to Kent and London.

You’ll manage on average 4/5 projects at once, Going to each site once a week to meet with onsite Supervisors and gather progress reports. As Project Manager / Contracts Manager, you’ll manage gangs of subbies typically consisting of borehole diggers, plumbers, heating engineers and groundworkers.

Project Manager / Contract Manager package:

£40,000 – £45,000 Salary (dependant on experience)

Commission / Bonus structure – Based on performance and set targets

Passion for renewables and creating a more sustainable environment

Willing to travel throughout the South East to different sites

Some Supervisory or Managerial Heating or Plumbing focused background
