Project Manager

A client of mine is looking for several Project Managers to join them for a period of 1 year to work with their Building Safety Regulator teams, the building safety regulator will implement a new, more stringent regulatory regime for high risk residential buildings, promote competence among industry professionals and regulators to raise standards in design, construction and the management of buildings.

The roles are available in the following areas:- North West, North East, Yorkshire, Midlands, London and can be situated at the local offices or home based with regular travel post Covid-19.

The role of the Project Manager is to lead / manage the project and the project team on a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for driving and overseeing the delivery of the project to ensure that the objectives are clearly defined and achieved within the agreed time, cost and quality constraints and will have a key role in project governance, working with stakeholders to ensure the agreed project outputs are delivered to enable benefits to be realised.
