Project Manager – Manchester (WFH available) £50,000 + Car/Car Allow. + Benefits – Permanent

My client is a leading provider of technical facilities management services and is looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver a broad range of building services related projects across a client contract portfolio in the North West.

Based in Manchester with agile working available and reporting to the Head of Projects (North) you will manage Projects and New Works across a range of client contracts in sectors such as pharmaceutical, utilities and defence. With a programme of projects valued at circa £3-5m+ you will manage the commercial, financial and client liaison aspects of the role supporting delivery of small civils, Fit Out/refurbishment, Life Cycle replacement and energy initiatives.

Additionally, you will provide leadership and direction to site-based staff, developing skills matrix and development plans, taking ownership of an almost unlimited range of projects and working closely with the Projects Teams, subcontracted Design Consultancies and supporting the projects strategy that sustains the performance of the client contracts.

With a proven and successful track record working on a broad range of Projects within the built environment you will be an effective and progressive Project Manager who is looking to join a growing team with increasing influence of establish facilities management contracts. Training in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or a background in construction would be advantageous but is by no means essential.
