Are you a Residential Building Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer looking for a new opportunity? Do you have experience in Residential Valuation, mortgage valuations and Residential Surveys?

My client is a national RICS accredited Residential Surveying company; they are looking for a qualified Residential Building Surveyor to join them in covering Newcastle.

Job Profile

  • Seeking: MRICS accredited Residential Surveyor
  • Ideally a Registered Valuer
  • Delivering: Residential building surveyors, Homebuyer reports and Mortgage Valuations.

You will need:

  • To be RICS qualified to Members level (MRICS)
  • Ideally be a RICS registered valuer.
  • Have notable experience of carrying out Residential surveyors, valuations and Homebuyers reports.
  • Be technologically savvy, and adaptive on using new programmes.
  • Be hard working with self-motivating attitude.
  • Be able to manage own diary and take responsibility.
  • Excellent customer service.
