Senior Site Manager – Chichester – Permanent

New Residential Development

Competitive Salary, Bonus and Overall Package (Market Leading)

Summary

I am recruiting for one of the UK’s top PLC housebuilders who require a very experienced Site Manager to start a brand-new upciming development near Chichester. Joining their busy Southern Team, you will be joining at a time of growth, so it is essential you have a proven track record of delivering sites from inception through to completion, someone who can manage volume while still delivering first rate customer satisfaction.

The overall Group finished 2020 in a very strong position financially, this position will offer longevity due to a strong pipeline, you will receive full support to progress your career with many of their senior build / contracts managers also joining at the same level.

The Development

Located South of Chichester, this is a circa 200 plot development to be delivered over two phases, a mix of traditional 2, 3 & 4 bed houses, social / affordable housing, and flats. The area has seen a lot of recent investment across commercial, leisure / tourism and residential.

The role

To be considered, you will likely have extensive experience of managing volume residential housing sites, you will likely have developed your career with one of the larger housebuilders, showing commitment and have that all important track record of taking sites through to completion. Although I would prefer a Senior Site Manager, I am more than happy to consider someone who has perhaps been part of a much larger scheme, as the important aspects are attitude, technical competence and a customer focussed outlook.
