Administrator / Service Coordinator Required
I’m working with a Building Services Contractor based in Hitchin. The business demands a central hub to the office and a liaison between teams to help flow and coordination.
The role of the Administrator / Service Coordinator will include processing new orders, dealing with customer enquiries, passing technical questions to the relevant team and coordinating engineers diaries. It’s a position which will grow with responsibilities with the individual being the foundation of the business and holds layers of departments together.
As an Administrator / Service Coordinator, they’re looking for someone who can switch between ‘thinking caps’. You must be task focused with the knowing an important call may come in at any time which you may have to resolve immediately.
Ideally, the business is looking for an Administrator / Service Coordinator with some Building Services, Engineering or HVAC experience. Someone with a background working with Engineers and their manic diaries.

£25,000 to £35,000 salary (dependant on experience)
Company target bonus – Annually
