Business Development Manager / Service Sales Manager required
I’m recruiting for a growing Mechanical / HVAC Contractor having continued success winning small works and major projects nationally within the commercial, local authority and high spec residential arena.
This business has a target to reach £20M in the next 5 years, an achievable goal with the vision, team structure and winning form they’re currently in.
After winning a number of substantial projects across the Midlands territory, they’re looking for a Business Development Manager / Service Sales Manager proactively targeting FM Companies and Local Authorities, pin pointing key contacts and setting objectives to win tenders.
You’ll be armed with a broad offering of services to provide, covering maintenance and refurbishment works on Air Conditioning, Heating, AHU, Chiller & Ventilation systems across Domestic, Commercial and Residential properties.
They’re looking for a hunter, someone who gets a buzz out of winning contracts and bringing on new business. The success of this role will amount to the business potentially opening a Midlands office, with the opportunity for you to manage a team or focus on key accounts, if that’s what interests you?

Business Development Manager / Service Sales Manager requirements:
Must have a New Business focused mindset
Ideally have some understanding the principals HVAC / Air Conditioning / AHU or Heating Systems.
Must be someone who wants to take this as project, prepared to put the work in to be rewarded handsomely in commission.
Business Development Manager / Service Sales Manager Package:
£45,000 to £50,000 Package (DOE)
£18K Bonus – If circa £300K service contract target hit
