David joined STR Group in July 2020 as the Engineering Programme Director. David’s focus is to help develop the Engineering business at STR Group with a focus on the Stride brand covering Construction, Infrastructure, Highways, Rail and Commercial markets. It is essential now more than ever that businesses in these markets have the right personnel delivering projects on time and within cost.

David has over 20 years’ experience of working in the recruitment sector including working for a global Oil & Gas engineering company where he project managed their IR35 programme for 1500 contractors from 2019-2020. This means that David understands the value of recruiting the correct personnel for your projects plus has the practical experience of managing current IR35 tax legislation and mitigating your risks as the end-user.
