Are you an Administrator with strong Administration, Customer Service, and Organisational skills? Do you have an interest in Property and pursuing a career role with progression and development?

My client are an excellent Property Management company, who are seeking a talented, vibrant and personable Administrator to join their brilliant team in Southend-On-Sea, Essex.

The role:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
  • Manage documentation relating to the management of Leasehold Properties.
  • Compile written communication to clients and branches in a clear and comprehensible way.
  • Check and amend as necessary documentation as directed by the Manager.
  • Provide general administration duties, including post management, scanning, copying, filing etc.
  • Practice excellent customer service at all times.
  • Take down, in detail, and issues and action getting them resolved with urgency, seeing through to completion.
  • Liaise with customer and clients with respect and decorum, building rapport, and representing the business in the best light.
  • Maintain and update records accurately and in line with company procedures.
  • Ensure that documents received and processed comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Build an excellent understanding on the day to day running of properties to enhance understanding and progression.
  • Be prepared to learn and understand best practice in all aspects of the company’s management processes and to develop accordingly.
  • Adhere to company policy and procedures including those on confidentiality, equal opportunities, health & safety and information security.
  • Carry out all directions from the Line Manager diligently and to the best of your ability.
  • This role will ideally be the gateway to a career in property management for the right candidate.

Requirements:

  • Excellent and notable Customer Service experience is essential.
  • Excellent phone manner/handling experience.
  • Previous administration experience is essential.
  • Property experience is desired, but not essential.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Able to work independently but also be a key team player.
  • This role will ideally be the gateway to a career in property management for the right candidate.
