I am currently working with a medium sized architectural practice based in Oxford who are recruiting for a professional and driven Architectural Assistant Part II that has a flair for design.
The practice specialise in the residential sector with the majority of their work coming in private house work and work to historic buildings.
Alongside the development of new build residential projects, the practice is renowned for their excellence within the repair, restoration and conservation work on projects that typically start at £1m with their most prestigious to date at £50m.
As an Architectural Assistant you will help assist the Architect, Senior Architect and Technologists during the project from start to finish and work with a number of construction professionals, including surveyors and engineers.
I am looking to speak with Architectural Assistants who have a passion for the residential sector and are comfortable working throughout the majority of RIBA Stages, from concept to construction.
Strong skills within AutoCAD are essential and the suitable architectural assistant will have a logical, analytical and creative approach to problem solving.
