Architectural Assistant Part II

I am currently working with an award-winning practice who are looking for Part-II Architectural Assistants to join their newly formed architecture team in Manchester. The team forms part of an established multi-disciplinary office who have a fantastic reputation across the industry.
My client is a multi-disciplinary practice with a variety of diverse projects including: hotels, leisure, workplace, education buildings, technical facilities, and private one-off commissions.
The Part II role is part of a small team working on a variety of projects and will provide autonomy and exposure to all aspects of being an architect, in return it will require a flexible pro-active approach. Tasks will include assisting with design development, production information, creating presentation drawings and 3D visuals/renders. We see this as a critical position to the development of the business and can offer an immediate start.
I am looking to speak with Part II’s that are technically proficient and can demonstrate good detailed construction knowledge throughout their portfolio.
Experience with Revit would be preferred but not essential as training can be provided. Proficiency in 3D Sketchup and V-Ray is also desirable.
- Have 3+ years of relevant UK experience
- RIBA Part-II qualification
- Architectural practice experience in the UK
- Strong writing ability
- Confident and Pro-Active
- Fluency in both spoken and written English
