Asset Administrator – £28,000 – Heathrow – Permanent

My client is a leading provider of hard facilities management services and is looking for an Asset Administrator to assist in contract compliance, ongoing works, asset register verification and consolidation, contract finances, client relations and administration.

This is a pivotal role in reviewing the progress of maintenance and compliance work on asset management systems, setting up of new assets and maintenance schedules and archiving of retired assets. Additionally, this roles supports Contract Supervisors and the wider Facilities Management team in the efficient delivery of mechanical and electrical engineering maintenance services for a key client at Heathrow.

With a background in hard Facilities Management Contract Support or Administration you will be self-motivated and passionate, possess excellent IT and communication skills and will ideally be competent in the use of finance management software such as Agility, Motion, SAP or JDE.

Please note that working hours for this role are 07.45 to 15.45 Monday to Friday
