Salary: Up to £52,000 per annum (dependant on experience and section)

Description: Restoration and conversion of existing Grade II* building in Whitehall, involving the excavation of four additional basement levels and a 3 storey roof extension, to take the building from 7 to 14 storeys. The project also includes the fit-out of 125 key 5 star hotel and 85 super prime apartments.

Main Purpose:
Support for the Project Manager in managing projects from start to finish

Key activities are:

Qualifications / Training

  • BSc in Construction management or equivalent
  • CSCS Black card (management)
  • Building Regulations (including Part B)
  • Scaffolding inspection
  • NHBC Standards
  • Crane rescue
  • Fire warden training


  • MSc in Construction management or Project management
  • CDM Regulations
  • FieldView
  • JCT Contracts
  • MS Projects or ASTA
  • 4 Projects
  • Temporary works

Skills / Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge MS Projects or ASTA Power Projects
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Ability to use 4 Projects and read/ communicate drawing
  • Ability to use Fieldview
  • Commercial awareness
