Are you a Assistant Property Manager looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience supporting Property Managers, or have Leasehold Property experience? Do you have and Service Charge Budgeting, maintenance, or Major Works experience?

My client is a national Property Management company looking for a Assistant Block Property Manager to join their vibrant team in the Borehamwood area.

The role:

  • Assisting in the Management of a portfolio of Residential Leasehold Properties across the area.
  • support in carrying out periodic inspections of properties and prepare site reports end users.
  • Help in arranging maintenance of all areas which are common to all lessees under the terms of the lease.
  • Support in the preparation of Major Works and complete/comply with Section 20 process.
  • Help in the preparation of service charge budgets for each property within the portfolio and prepare notes of explanation for each property within the portfolio and ensure they are complete and approved prior to the billing period.
  • Complete any supporting administration tasks that are required in a timely but accurate manner.
  • You might be required to attend AGMs of RMC clients and EGMs as necessary.
  • Support Property Managers with any other reasonable requires needed to the successful running of the companies portfolio.

You will require:

  • Have Full UK Driving Licence and have own vehicle.
  • Any previous Leasehold Management experience is highly beneficial.
  • Any property experience with a passion to learn is desirable
  • Ideally be IRPM qualified (or working towards), although not essential.
  • Any notable experience of Section 20, Service charge budgeting, and Chairing AGM’s is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent IT Literate, inc. Microsoft office.
  • Have excellent communication skills and customer service.
  • Excellent work ethic and professional demeanor.
