My client, an excellent Property Management company, are looking for a passionate Property Professional to join their growing team as an Assistant Block Property Manager, at their office in the Borehamwood area.

The role:

  • Assisting in the Management of a portfolio of Residential Leasehold Properties across the area.
  • support in carrying out periodic inspections of properties and prepare site reports end users.
  • Help in arranging maintenance of all areas which are common to all lessees under the terms of the lease.
  • Support in the preparation of Major Works and complete/comply with Section 20 process.
  • Help in the preparation of service charge budgets for each property within the portfolio and prepare notes of explanation for each property within the portfolio and ensure they are complete and approved prior to the billing period.
  • Complete any supporting administration tasks that are required in a timely but accurate manner.
  • You might be required to attend AGMs of RMC clients and EGMs as necessary.
  • Support Property Managers with any other reasonable requires needed to the successful running of the companies portfolio.

You will require:

  • Have Full UK Driving License and have own vehicle.
  • Any previous Leasehold Management experience is highly beneficial, but not essential.
  • Background experience in Lettings, Facilities, Social Housing (etc.,) sectors with a passion to learn is Highly desirable
  • Ideally be IRPM qualified (or working towards) or a similar industry qualification desirable, although not essential.
  • Excellent IT Literate, inc. Microsoft office.
  • Have excellent communication skills and customer service experience is a must.
  • Excellent administration skills, with notable experience.
  • Excellent work ethic and professional demeanor.
