Working hours: 40 hours per week

DBS required: Yes – if successful you will be subject to an enhanced check

Driving Licence required: Yes – as a vehicle will be provided

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a polite, courteous and dedicated individual to join our enthusiastic maintenance team. You will need to have previous supervisory experience and ideally a working knowledge of the requirements for delivering an excellent repairs and maintenance service.
Your day to day responsibilities as a Building Supervisor will involve visiting residents in their homes, carrying out inspections and organising resources in an effective and efficient manner. As a Building Supervisor you will be required to create good rapport with all stakeholders and provide guidance and leadership as required. You will be professional, polite and courteous to instil confidence and have credibility with residents. It is imperative that the successful applicant has great communication skills.
You will be required to have/or be:
Full driving licence required. A vehicle will be provided.
Good knowledge / awareness of Health and Safety Issues.
Ability to organise workload in a methodical way for maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
Communication skills listening, openness and responsiveness to all customer and client situations.
Ability to be proactive and take initiative.
Be self-motivated.
Be honest, trustworthy and conscientious.
Team Working.

Ability to assess the risks associated with lone working and other health and safety hazards associated with the technical nature of the job.
