Welcome to the start of your career in Business! A unique opportunity has arisen for a driven and career minded person to undertake a exciting apprenticeship in Business Administration.

My client, an excellent Property Management company, have a amazing opportunity to set a successful candidate up on the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, whilst working within the business.

Whilst learning the apprenticeship, you will:

  • Manage the office stationary, equipment and other similar requirements to ensure we are always able to fulfil all our operative requirements.
  • Process incoming parcels & ensure placed in relevant storage locations
  • Ensure the office layout is kept tidy and any equipment stored in relevant locations to maintain a safe and secure working environment
  • Provide general support to visitors – answer door intercom & offer relevant hospitality
  • Arrange bookings of meeting rooms/ couriers where required
  • Maintain and generally assist with the portal system
  • Monitor and respond to the admin inbox – all emails must be responded to within 24hrs working days (saving ALL emails to relevant documents tab).
  • Ensure first respondent call level maintained, reliable support function to wider team and ensure stats are inline with first respondent levels
  • Answer >95% of all customer calls inline with KPI’s
  • Requesting FH/lease extension quote from client & processing quote letter once received
  • Process all send outs accurately in accordance with agreed timeframes
  • Process outgoing mail, including any recorded deliveries
  • Respond to all Starcrest queries, including Freehold Purchase quotes etc.
  • Manual chasing of small arrears that are too small to be referred to solicitors
  • Attend and participate in weekly Ops and Finance huddle
  • Work with Ops team on creating and implementing resident community events – 1 activity/task per 6 months
  • Ordering of fobs when requested by property management team

You will require:

  • Any previous administration experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Commitment to the apprenticeship.
  • Be career minded, this is a successful program with a lot of opportunity attached to it.
  • Be process driven with high levels of attention to detail and organisation strengths (essential).
  • Proactive, seeking new challenge and further development.
  • A passion for, or any experience in the Property sector is beneficial but not essential.
  • Excellent team player, you will need to have necessary people skills internally
  • Excellent customer service for working with customers/clients alike.
