Cleaning Manager – Macclesfield – £30-32,000 + Benefits – Permanent

My client is a leading provider of facilities services and is looking for an experienced Cleaning Manager or soft services Facilities Manager to oversee delivery of the cleaning services stream which forms a part of soft services contract at a healthcare facility.

Leading a team of 5 direct reports you will provide direction, guidance and support to them and a further 100+ Operatives ensuring that the service is manged to meet and exceed performance targets.

With sound knowledge of Health & Safety and previous experience in managing a service contract you will ideally hold skills-based qualifications, have some experience of monitoring and controlling costs and will ideally have some experience of working within a healthcare of heavily regulated environment.

With solid leadership skills you will be culturally and commercially aware and be able to work with the client to ensure high standards of contract delivery.
