Contract Compliance Administrator – nr. Portsmouth – £25,000 – Permanent
My client is an established and growing provider of mechanical and electrical maintenance services and is looking for an Administrator with some experience of compliance (across any sector) or facilities management services to join a growing team in the delivery of compliant planned facilities maintenance services.
Working with many stakeholders from across the contract portfolio including, Engineers, the Account leadership Teams, Sub-Contracted Suppliers and Clients you will support the delivery of compliant facilities management streams and ensure that services are meeting contractual obligations and that delivery is in line with current legislation and codes of practice.
Using the CAFM system you will prioritise considering the risks of non-compliance and assign responsibility and accountability as appropriate. Track progress against engineering compliance obligations, support Engineers, Account Managers and the wider business to ensure client service level agreements are adhered to. Furthermore, you will ensure that subcontracted supplies are compliant and that all logbooks, reports and documentation is updated as required.
With strong communication skills you will become an integral part of the team.
