Description: Restoration and conversion of existing Grade II* building in Whitehall, involving the excavation of four additional basement levels and a 3 storey roof extension, to take the building from 7 to 14 storeys. The project also includes the fit-out of 125 key 5 star hotel and 85 super prime apartments.

Main Purpose:
To supervise, direct and execute operations on the assigned project to ensure it is completed safely, on time and within budget. Plan, direct and coordinate, activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.

Qualifications / Training
Required:

  • NVQ Level 6 in Construction management or equivalent
  • CSCS black card (management level)
  • SMSTS
  • NHBC Standards
  • Building Regulations (including Part B)

Desirable:

  • BREEAM
  • First Aid At Work
  • 4 Projects
  • Fieldview (QA)
  • JCT Contract awareness
