Our client is a tier one Highway Contractor who is looking to recruit Contract Administrator to join the team in there Wokingham office

Contract Administrator Role will involve:
Order stats for highways, street lighting and structures;
Payroll and Timesheets
Raise, open and close permits for highways, street lighting and structures;
Take phone calls for emergency works & call through to on-call teams;
Assist with the embedment and implementation of mobile solutions;
Work with Plant, Fleet & Depot Managers to identify and rectify issues within the depot.

Clients requirements:
You will:
Be educated to A-Level standard, with minimum of 5 GCSEs (A-C Including Maths & English);
Have excellent typing speed and IT Skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
Have experience of tracking job tickets/works orders;
Be able to understand and export data from various systems; Mayrise and Oracle;
Be able to show excellent numeracy, administrative and organisational skills;
Have good technical understanding of administrative systems, procedures and processes.
