A client of mine who is a Leading Housing Association and Property Maintenance Care company are looking for a Contract Manager to join their team. You will be managing a range of contracts for a portfolio of property maintenance suppliers, supporting the procurement of contracts and building relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders.
You’ll be the lead in the operational delivery and monitoring of contracts and supplier performance, including:

  • Managing performance of SLA’s and KPI’s
  • Ensuring all other contractual obligations are fulfilled
  • Managing customer experience, including handling any comments or complaints
  • Financial management and report on the contract performance
  • Maintaining compliance and safe working practice abiding with health and safety regulations

What we’re looking for:

  • We’re looking for proven experience managing commercial contracts, ideally within the property sector.
  • Experience developing and managing a portfolio of contracts and tenders that reflect customer and organisation needs.
  • An understanding of the importance of ensuring full regulatory, legislation, Health & Safety and financial regulation compliance is also key.
  • A willingness to continuously seek realistic ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness in your role, to help the department, achieve its goals.
