We currently have a great opportunity for a Contracts Planner to join our clients Property Care Team in Poole on a permanent basis.
You’ll work as part of a team responsible for programming, refurbishments, repairs and maintenance works to fit with the diaries of their trade staff, contractors and clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY DUTIES:
Receiving work orders from residents and customers
Scheduling the work diaries for a number of trade staff completing refurbishments, repairs and maintenance works for residents/clients
Liaise with trade staff and other repairs staff to ensure all appointment targets are met
Liaise with residents/clients regarding their scheduled refurbishments, repairs and maintenance works
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
They are looking for someone who has demonstrable experience in administration and customer focused roles.
You’ll have have experience of working with a variety of computer packages and be able to demonstrate an understanding of building maintenance terminology. Experience within a planned or reactive maintenance business may be an advantage.
