Customer Services Manager – Maidenhead – £40-45,000 + Benefits – Permanent
My client is a leading provider of facilities services and is looking for a Customer Services Manager to develop improvements to service delivery that contribute to the overhaul the client work space experience.
With direct responsibility for the Facilities Helpdesk and contract administration within a Facilities environment you will have accountability for KPI and SLA performance for a corporate account.
In addition to driving performance improvement, you will coach staff, support and develop customer service excellence within the team whilst promoting a culture of empowerment and staff involvement in driving continuous improvement that are aligned with values and strategic goals.
Ideally, you will possess an excellent understanding of workplace customer experience within the FM sector and be skilled in change management, project management, negotiating and influencing.
