We’re excited to offer a new opportunity for a Delivery Manager – Contracts to join our Compliance Services Property Team at our Thatcham – Greenham Office.

The Role
As Delivery Manager – Contracts, you’ll report to the Senior Contracts Manager and be responsible for managing specialized contractors in the compliance and property safety delivery area. You’ll oversee work across multiple localities, covering both Core and Non-Core compliance activities.
Your key responsibilities will include ensuring that all works are performed competently and safely, and that we meet our regulatory and legislative obligations. You’ll also be responsible for delivering positive outcomes for our customers in a timely and safe manner, managing issues outside of the SLA, and promoting a collaborative culture of Building Safety and Compliance.

What You’ll Need
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to have experience managing contracts for complex compliance and safety work types, with a high knowledge of compliance requirements. You should also have experience managing multi-disciplinary compliance and property safety contracts in a large and complex housing association, as well as evidence (or working towards) of basic compliance qualifications relevant to the managed contract.

Additionally, you should have the ability to plan, track, and forecast income and expenditure against relevant budgets to deliver a value-for-money service while mitigating risks. You should be able to operate with commercial acumen and have proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate or advanced
