Our client are currently looking for an Electrical Contract Supervisor on a permanent basis.

You will lead a team of Electrical trades staff in a varied full-time role. In return we offer a salary of £36,699 and a competitive range of benefits.

As the Electrical Contract Supervisor, you will manage the Planned Electrical Maintenance and other contracts for our client who supply complete repairs and maintenance packages to their properties and to other housing associations, local authorities, schools and private landlords.


Managing electrical maintenance contracts (responsive, void and/or planned) ensuring works are completed within timescales and budget;
Managing a team of trade staff who are responsible for delivering quality repair and maintenance works;


As a Contracts Supervisor you’ll be able to demonstrate experience of contract management and working in a supervisory/management position.

You’ll be a fully qualified Electrician accredited with the following:

City and Guilds 236 (part 1,2,3);
City and Guilds NVQ Level 2 & 3 Electrical installations
City and Guilds 2382 (17th Edition);
City and Guilds 2391 or 2394 & 2395 inspection and testing.

You also need a good working knowledge of building and construction including building and electrical IEE wiring regulations (BS 7671) and health and safety including CDM regulations.

It is essential that you hold a valid driving licence and are willing to take part in supervising the 24-hour callout rota.
