My client is a leading Housing Association providing affordable housing solutions to tenants and property owners across the South West and is looking for an Interim Workplace & Facilities Manager to support with the restructuring of their commercial estate across Hampshire and Wiltshire.

Over the next 12-24 months my client’s commercial portfolio will undergo a transformation. As an experienced Facilities Professional you will support with the workspace planning, building disposals, new building mobilisation and support with the relocation of staff and in some cases building refurbishment, and change how buildings are used. This is a busy time and you will be part of a small but focussed team helping the company adapt to their new structure and ways of working.

With a flexible approach you will possess sound communication and team leadership skills, have the capacity to manage budgets, complex contracts which would include procuring, mobilising, and maintaining, whilst managing conflicting priorities, challenging workloads and delivering to agreed outcomes.

Although an Interim role the situation is dynamic and a lot could have over the next 12-24 months so a permanent position may not be out of the question.
