Facilities Operations Manager – Rochester – circa £55,000 + Bonus + Benefits – Permanent

My client is a leading provider of Facilities Management Services and is looking for an experienced and driven facilities management professional to effectively manage the quality and compliance of hard and soft services delivery across a corporate client’s site.

With a technical background you will manage hard & soft services to a high level of client satisfaction ensuring that all Safety, Compliance, and Quality processes are followed, and gaps identified and managed.

With excellent client relationship management skills, you will be experienced in project management, be able to provide strong leadership over a large team across all service disciplines including M&E, catering, cleaning, grounds and reception and will be capable of exercising budget control and seeing through programs of change.

With the potential for progression and development this is role represents an excellent opportunity for technically experienced, Health & Safety conscious FM professionals on a prestigious integrated facilities management contract.
