Are you a hard-working Finance Administrator that is looking for a new opportunity? Do you have experience in Financial support for a business, ideally in the Property sector? Then take a look at this exciting contract opportunity!

My client, one of the property sectors leading maintenance companies, are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Finance Administrator to join their vibrant team in Sevenoaks, Kent.

The role

  • Raising invoices – using Xero
  • Dealing with client queries (relating to invoicing)
  • Credit control
  • Reconciliations
  • Assisting Finance Director on any other tasks

You will receive

  • Initial 3 month contract.
  • Opportunity to go permanent after 3-months for the right candidate.
  • Pay is between £13-£15 per hour dependant on (property/maintenance) experience
  • Working hours will be 9am – 5pm.
  • Bank holidays, Christmas and new year will be closed but then will be reduced hours (10am – 4pm).
