Head of Works Scheduling and Customer Service
A client of mine currently has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Head of Works Scheduling and Customer Service to join their team. You will have a background in property maintenance planning, be able to think on your feet and be an excellent communicator.
This is a brand new position therefore all candidates will need to be able to hit the ground running and have experience in a similar position in leading from the front and have the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise.
The selected candidate will report into the Property Integration and Support Director, you’ll establish, lead and manage the works planning and property system support team to deliver an excellent works planning and support service to the operational business and customers; maximising the availability, capability and capacity of the teams and the supporting property IT platforms.
Through inspection and market insight, you’ll forecast demand for our responsive repairs and planned maintenance service to ensure operational teams have capacity and resources to meet customer commitments.
Acting as the customer service champion for Property Services, you’ll build feedback on how Property Services supports, owns and manages our end to end customer experience and service to drive improvements in overall property customer service satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need strong leadership and a customer focus with a proven track record of leading a team through change, delivering business efficiency and improvements working with a virtual stakeholder team.
You’ll also possess strong communication and analytical skills be delivery focused and have the ability to engage with stakeholders and senior management to ensure strategies are delivered whilst maintaining consistent and great quality service and customer satisfaction.
