Stride (One of the STR Group of Companies) are currently looking to recruit for the following role on behalf of one of our clients:

Pay rate: Circa £33,000 per annum plus benefits

Hours per week: 35 per week Monday to Friday 09:00 17:00

DBS Required: Yes – Enhanced

Purpose of role:

You will own and manage the customer relationship, embracing agile working to deliver excellent, innovative mixed tenure landlord services within a defined patch.

You will ensure services are aligned to customer and community needs and that the client leads in performance and customer excellence.

As a Home Services Manager you will need to exemplify an excellent, personalised customer first approach. You will demonstrate a proven commitment to take ownership, creating innovative resolutions that improve service delivery and maximise customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong leasehold management skills and experience of working collaboratively with Managing Agents. Commercial sector experience would be an advantage.

In addition, you will need to achieve annual objectives, meet customers’ reasonable expectations and all appropriate statutory and legal requirements. You will deliver high quality, efficient services working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to demonstrate value for money in line with the Groups Corporate Strategy.

Areas of responsibility include:

Taking ownership for a patch of properties and working with customers to ensure efficient tenancy and leasehold management including; letting empty homes, income maximisation and arrears management, setting service charges, resolving anti-social behaviour and managing casework, ensuring customers’ homes are safe in relation to gas and fire safety and repairs are carried out effectively, undertaking estate inspections and delivering agreed actions
Working proactively with customers, managing expectations, to ensure that they are able to have successful tenancies and have a positive view of their environment and landlord

Salary package details:

A salary of circa £33,000 p.a.
23 days holidays plus public holidays. We also close between Christmas and New Year, so you get another 3 days bonus!
